Local companies help clear Charlton Brook

EMPLOYEES from Ashton Morton Slack, Cadbury UK, Capita, DLA Piper, Irwin Mitchell, John Lewis and Royal Mail worked alongside Sheffield City Council Park Rangers and Friends of Charlton Brook carrying out vital stream clearance work on September 17.
It was fantastic how much was achieved by the team in a small amount of time and the relationships between the business volunteers and the friends of group were strengthened by working together on the task.
The business volunteers enjoyed the event so much they are now hoping for it to become an annual event.
